Accelerating Sales Closure

ProtoShare, a new online website development tool, needed a launch strategy and execution. By defining the go-to market strategy, both on the web and off, Peter helped achieve over 3,000 users in the first three months, with sales doubling each successive month. He hired the sales team, helped establish the parameters for online transaction, and led all major accounts including Sony, MySpace, G2 and Razorfish.
